Brand & Positioning Bible

The philosophical foundation of Digital Will Ads. Not a marketing plan, not a style guide, not a pitch deck. This is what we believe, who we're for, and why any of it matters.

What This Document Is

This is the foundation that everything else sits on. Every landing page we write, every sales call we take, every client we accept or turn away, every hire we make — all of it should trace back to something in this document. If a decision doesn't align with what's in here, the decision is wrong or this document needs updating. There is no third option.

Nothing in here is aspirational. Digital Will Ads was founded in 2016. Since then: 230+ clients, $31M+ in managed ad spend, 342 completed Upwork projects at a 5.0-star rating across nine years. These beliefs weren't designed in a workshop. They were forged by doing the work — and the track record is public.

The Six Pillars

Why Digital Will Ads exists. The conviction that the marketing industry has a trust problem, and that the only real competitive advantage is refusing to participate in it.
Who belongs here and who doesn't. The profile of someone who will thrive with us, and the red flags that tell us to walk away — for their sake and ours.
What working with us actually feels like — one roof, full-stack ownership, value before payment, and two sets of eyes on everything.
The structural decisions — flat fees, month-to-month, tracking before spending, client ownership — that make honesty the default rather than the exception. Plus what happens when we fail.
How we sound — to clients, prospects, and each other. Lead with numbers, plain language, delivery examples, the analogy toolkit, and the five-question test for every communication.
Where this is all going. The company we're building, the scale we're targeting, and the constraints that keep growth from corrupting the thing that makes us worth choosing.
